Tai Chi Course for Health

TaichiFollowing the success in February 2007 of our short term course, we are now continuing with a more permanent situation and will be running courses throughout the coming year.

This as a Tai Chi course focuses on the health benefits of Tai Chi. All of our patients are welcome to join this course as an assistance to the current treatments they are having, or as a maintainance exercise following the completion oftreatments . As we believe “prevention is more important than treatment”, we run this course to teach our clients how to maintain a good health at home, by practising a special and easy 18 Short Form everyday. Courses are also open to anyone not receiving treatment and who would like to benefit from the effects of practising Tai Chi. This also includes people who already practise Tai Chi and would like to advance their training.
